FPVManiac wrote:I've heard that the versions with modules comes with DSM support.is that true.
Wow! I thought 2.4Ghz was all that was available.I'd never heard of the OpenLRS Project until now. This opens up an entire new set of options and the 9XR looks as if it can use the module. Looks like I've got a whole load of new reading to do..............FPVManiac wrote:Its on back order.I heard its a good UHF module for the price. The 3 channel hopping is good enough, but if you want flexibility you can use many pre written codes like the UNDEAD mod which supports hoppoing upto 6 channel. One reason to flash it is that the factory firmware is hard paired using a key,as it uses UHF there is no binding like in the 2.4 ghz.So if your rx catches a signal from other source it may or may not create a problem, these modules and the frequency's not that common, but just to be on the safe side.It is a good option if you plan to utilize the open LRS

JiriValerian wrote:The antenna connector is probably not a part of the module case, but is soldered on the module PCB and therefore not easy to integrate with an antenna connector for other modules.
